Seat Test Fit

I put the Recaro seats in the car as I was fitting the firewall reinforcement:

I like how they look!

I'm test fitting the seats.

My son and I took a (rare for me) selfie.  

I have a pair of Corvette C4 seats that I won't be using.  No idea what to do with them.

Firewall Opening Reinforcement

I added some firewall opening reinforcement using some 1" x 1.1/2" x 0.060" wall tubing.  I cleaned off the paint and had a friend come and weld it for me since I don't trust my own welding abilities.

Here's the tubes, test-fitted.

My good buddy came and welded it up for me.
